About Us

On August 2013, my wife and I made a trip to Puerto Rico to visit my family. Despite her and I being together for many years, it was her first time meeting them. During our visit I had the pleasure of introducing my wife to the Millan family rum. When she tasted it, she was instantly convinced that it was a drink that others would love. Since the rum was originally made by my great grandfather and passed On to my grandfather and uncle, we ran the idea of producingthe rum for others to enjoy as well.

That is how Millan Liquor was born.

After working tirelessly to perfect, from the recipe, the labels, down to the cork on each and every bottle, we were finally successful. Resulting in the bottle & drink that you know and love today.
